Mull Car Club Ltd is one of the leading UK motor clubs. We provide senior officials, stage commanders, radio controllers and marshals to all rounds of the Scottish Rally Championship (SRC) as well as many other events across the UK. Please click here for our 2018 Calendar.
Last year we organised a successful Rally Time Trial at Fishnish as well as the 5th round of the SRC, The Dunoon Presents Argyll Rally. We also ran the Rally Time Trial in Mornish in October 2017, following the enforced cancellation of the Mull Rally.
Club members include many experienced timekeepers, a Radio Group of 32 including 4 Controllers, 4 Clerks of the Course and a fully qualified Scrutineer (resident on the Island). We also have links to Rescue & Recovery Units and Doctors.
The first Car Club Event of 2018 will be The Mull Hire Mornish Rally Time Trial on 7th April, followed, in the evening, by the Club Dinner Dance at the Isle of Mull Hotel. Further information will be available shortly.
Please see the News page for further information and links to Regulations etc.

Mull Car Club Ltd AGM 14th February 2018
The 2018 Annual General Meeting will be held at Salen Hotel on Wednesday 14th February at 8.00 pm.
The Board of Directors has vacancies and those members who are genuinely interested in contributing to the running of the Club for the benefit of all members are invited to put themselves forward. The Club has many off island members, including some serving Directors, and most meetings are held by teleconference or at an event; potential off island residents should not therefore be deterred, but of course island members who wish to contribute for the well-being of the Club are always very welcome.
Current Directors are: Diana Baines, Chris Baker, Dr Neil Bowring, John Clayton, Fred MacLean, Eddie O’Donnell (Snr), Chris Woodcock, Norman MacPhail and Jenny Reddaway. Neil Bowring and Jenny Reddaway are standing down and offering themselves for re-election.
Anyone wishing to stand as a Director must be a member of the Club for 2018. They have to sign a form agreeing to their nomination and be nominated by two Club members for 2018. The deadline for receiving nominations/supportforms is8.00pm on Monday February 5th 2018. The Club is aware that there have been some issues in the past with deadlines owing to ferries not running, so will accept signed and scanned forms by email by the above date but still require originals to arrive by 8.00pm on Monday 12th February to be valid. Emails should be sent to the Secretary, Jenny Reddaway, with hard copies to Jenny at Braehead, Rockfield Road, Tobermory, Isle of Mull, PA75 6PN. Members are reminded that nominations from the floor will not be accepted.
Please note that the Club is in the process of moving it's Bank Account from the Co-operative Bank to the Bank of Scotland.
If you wish to pay by Bankers Order as a new member, or you wish to change to such payment, having previously paid by another method, please complete the Mandate attached to the Application for Membership Form. This will cover your membership subscription for 2018 and subsequent years.
If you already have a Bankers Order Mandate in place, your 2018 fee will have been taken from your account on or about 1st January. We will require a new Mandate to cover 2019 and beyond. If you send a "new" Mandate please ensure that you delete the reference to paying "£10 on receipt of mandate". This will ensure that you do not pay twice for 2018!
